In the exhortation by Pastor Reuben, we were reminded to SURRENDER our hearts to God and to let His Holy Spirit have His way in and through us.
The group dialogued on spiritual (heart) and operational/technical (art) concerns, which helped us see how we could STRETCHed our arts in ministry and SURPASSed our comfort zone.
Each team was given a challenge to wrap and drop 10 eggs without cracking them. All in all, we praise God for an "eggciting” retreat where we could encourage one another to be one voice that glorifies His name!

I thank and praise God for touching and refreshing His people in this retreat, especially through ministry time after exhortation by Pastor Reuben Ng. The 'EGG' team-building session testified that LOVE and UNITY are important as we serve and journey together with God and each other.
God is able indeed! His power and love caused us to SURRENDER, STRETCH AND SURPASS!

This Retreat proved to be different things for the many people involved in the Sanctuary Service and the Worship and Music Ministry. For some, it was a time of refreshing. For others, it was an eye-opener to the many facets that form the Sanctuary Service. And for others like me, it was a reiteration of our vision. The retreat was fun, fruitful and engaging.
