In MM, we are never alone. We know that the lifelong authentic manhood journey is not for the faint of heart.

 

It’s a steep climb at times, challenging, soul-searching, eye-opening and we need discipline and teammates in the process to cheer us on. Hence, strong brotherhood bonds are essential for building a safe space in the PLMC

men’s community. With this in mind, our outdoor games were designed to facilitate collaboration, teamwork and communication.

 

This year, we were honoured to have Ps John Koe from Petra Church to speak to us on Kingdom Mentality. Knowing our true identity which God has intended for us, we are ready to restore God’s kingdom in our place of influence. We were greatly blessed by his message.

Where there is no revelation, people cast off restraint; but blessed is the one who heeds wisdom’s instruction.

 

During the reflection and sharing session, we shared our thoughts, and thought more clearly and strategically how we could apply what we had learnt. Building a stronger family, loving our wives, raising healthy sons and daughters are our roles as men. Hence, at the end of the What brings us back to the MM Retreat year after year is our response to God’s unfailing love in changing us to becoming better men for our families, communities and God’s Church. We are true blessed and we want to be families that bless the community and the nation.
