Jubilee Walk

Sunday, 12 July 2015, was our 83rd Anniversary and what a fitting occasion it was for the PLMC family to celebrate as a church without walls, by bringing Jesus' Jubilee into the community!

​

The Sunday morning worship prepared our hearts as God's Spirit moved among us. Lifted by the joy of our anniversary dancers, the voices of a wonderful combined choir; led by the musicians and even a team of enthusiastic synchronized drummers, everyone worshipped and gave high praise to Jesus, whom we crown as Lord over our church.

Our guest speaker, Dr Goh Wei Leong, Founder of Healthserve Ltd, shared with us the Word and God's heartbeat for migrant workers in Singapore. They are sojourners in a foreign land, removed from familiar landmarks like family, home and community. We who are blessed, can provide them with a place they can call home, hospitality, food, address their practical needs, and help them find a new identity as they come to know our Saviour.  Jesus, the Jubilee, becomes their everlasting and never changing landmark!
