2010 Living Stones 10th Anniversary
LOUD CHEERS!
Echo Choo
"Let us sing and dance as we rejoice and declare loudly that there is a God!” Amidst the sound of joyful singing, the Living Stones' 10th Anniversary Celebration Service on 19 September began.

As a Chinese saying goes: "It takes a decade to grow a tree, and a century to nurture a man." Under God's leadership, the Living Stones Mandarin Service has, from a tender young seedling, grown in the Lord after going through years of joys and tears, into a tree whose roots are established in the promised land of Canaan. The Lord has shown again that His promises never come to nought!

Over 600 people attended the Celebration Service that day. Among them were more than 60 new visitors to PLMC. Church members and guests all experienced the presence of the Holy Spirit and were touched by the atmosphere of celebration and joy. Those who were interviewed expressed their thoughts of the anniversary service. Some were deeply moved by the worship, some were enlightened by the sermon, while others were impressed with how the dream of producing our own CD album materialised. Indeed, what started as a gentle prompting has now become a CD album of tunes that delight every listener. Yet again, it proves that regardless of how big a man's dream may be, God will always be greater than that, as there is nothing He cannot accomplish.
Being PLMC's ministry to the Mandarin speaking congregation, Living Stones has arrived at its first milestone of a decade.
But we recognise that its journey to bring the gospel to the Mandarin speaking population has only just begun. Though the road ahead is long, we firmly believe that God will continue to guide us with His mighty hand. In the decades that follow, He has already prepared countless miracles for His children. As long as we continue to live in His will and submit to His leading, we will be able to witness these miracles!
“... so that people may see and know, may consider and understand, that the hand of the Lord has done this, that the Holy One of Israel has created it.” ~ Isaiah 41:20
