Men need ongoing adventure “to stay alive”, hence, the 2-day retreat was packed with events that helped us connect with God and each other through worship, teaching, ministry time, outdoor games, movies and feasting together at the famous Changi Food Center.

This year, we were honoured to have Bishop Emeritus Dr Wee Boon Hup as our guest speaker.  He spoke on what it means to have a healthy and robust marriage - “The Marriage That Glorifies God”.  We were greatly blessed by his message.  

One of our MM brothers found the MM series so beneficial to him that he invited his father to the retreat.  Though this brother’s birthday happened to fall on the first day of the retreat, he stayed throughout the retreat, and we also took the opportunity to celebrate his birthday together.

At the end of the retreat, we invited our family members to a BBQ dinner.  The BBQ was prepared by men, served by men, to honour our wives and children.     

What brings us back to the MM Retreat year after year is our desire to go deeper in knowing what God had in mind when He first brought Man into the world, to journey with like-minded men who seek to be the R.A.L.E. men for God and our family. We may never be perfect, but we are willing to journey together,  and encourage one another to finish this race victoriously together.

We would like to thank the Organizing Committee who had worked tirelessly to put together such a great event.  We also thank God for the wonderful weather which enabled us to carry out the activities smoothly.
