2007 Vision of Filipino Fellowship
To be a community of passionate and matured Filipinos, effective for Christ in Singapore and the nations.
Rev Lorna Khoo
This vision has been the guiding principle of the Filipino Fellowship (FF) and has never been more relevant than in this 75th Anniversary year of PLMC.

The ministry of equipping and building up the FF members and sending them out as effective ambassadors of reconciliation for Christ's kingdom is even older than PLMC's 123Go! missions vision. By leaving their homeland, the FF members have taken the first step in their journey of faith, trusting in God for everything, including provision and protection in an unfamiliar land. For them, they have already been "sent out”.
Although their initial motivation for leaving the Philippines was probably an economic one, there is no doubt that God's plan for our FF members are being fulfilled in Singapore. Many who joined the FF have seen their lives transformed and changed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Very often, we not only see their lives transformed, but they will bring back their new-found obedience in a faithful God when they return home. In fact, even the lives of their employers and their families can benefit from them.
Often, we do not realize the potential power they have as our “missionaries from within” as they live and work with Singaporean families who may not have come into the saving grace of God.
They have the opportunity to influence the families they work with, the young children who depend on them or the elderly under their care. They are living testimonies of God's goodness in their lives - up close and very, very personal. They can be blessings to others because they have first been blessed.
