“Since my youth, O God, you have taught me, and to this day I declare your marvelous deeds. Even when I am old and gray, do not forsake me, O God, till I declare your power to the next generation, your might to all who are to come.” Ps 71:17,18

Our youths are a blessed lot. We are blessed that they are talented, have the opportunity to excel in education, and come from good families in the church. Indeed we are a blessed family!

But if the blessings only end at where we are, we can be sure these blessings will dry up! Only as we continue to pour out God's blessings to the lost, will He give us more! We need to reach out and in reaching out, we will grow! “Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes. For you will spread to the right and to the left;" Isaiah 54:2 – 3a.

We have about 350 youths attending the Youth Service every Sunday. When every youth takes upon himself the task to reach out to another and brings him back to church to be discipled by the END of this YEAR, we will have 700 young people at our Youth Service!

Paya Lebar Methodist Girls' Secondary School and many government schools are open ground! The harvest is plentiful! Performing Arts, Sports, Character Development, and the Internet, are just some of the venues that we can capitalize to reach out to young people! Already, together with the Chaplains of Paya Lebar Methodist Girls' Secondary School, our youths are part of a basketball clinic for the students there. We hope to use Performing Arts as the next vehicle to mobilize our youths to reach the unreached youths in the schools. The possibilities just go on...

We need to prepare ourselves for God's move when His people obey! Let us be ready for the harvest!!
